Future Weather based on historical data.

The idea (long since forgotten) was to gather statistics on previous years weather and "forecast" based on what happened in the past. This data is already available in some form but only available for the current day/week through weather forcasting sites. Year-round statistics would be useful for people that are planning events (like weddings) in remote locations.
